  • Always submit a maintenance request as soon as possible when you notice a problem.

Once you’ve signed up you can view and pay your bills (24/7) from anywhere, set up automatic payments or reminders, and review your payment history!

Thank you for your interest in Place 2B Properties, we look forward to serving you. If you are interested in renting a property, please follow these steps:

Call to see if the property is still available.

Drive by the property and view surrounding area.

Call our office to schedule your personal viewing.

Submit an application online or come into one of our offices to complete a paper application.

The application is then processed in 3 to 5 business days, at which point we will contact the applicant.


Our screening guidelines are included at the end of the rental application. We are unable to prequalify applicants in advance, so please be sure to read and understand these guidelines thoroughly before submitting your application.
